A Student Communities Workshop was held at our university on November 22, 2024, where students could exchange ideas and express themselves. In her opening speech, Barrier-Free University Unit Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinem Salar stated that the university being an inclusive institution is among the main goals of Trakya University and drew attention to the importance of disabled students' participation in social communities. She stated that they aim to cooperate with disabled students to adapt to community activities.
